FINANCIAL AID AND SCHOLARSHIPS

Apollos University does not participate in the Title IV program; however, Apollos offers its students a wide range of flexible payment opportunities to help the modern working adult contribute to their educational costs without encouraging Federal student loan debt. The following is a brief list of some of those options:

  • Personal Contribution Plan (Under this plan, the student works with the Apollos Financial Aid Office to pay for their tuition either (a) initially before classes are taken, (b) during a payment plan period agreed on by both the student and Apollos Financial Aid Office or (c) pay after the course with supporting payment documentation.)
  • External Scholarship Plan (Under this plan, the student works on their behalf to foster external scholarships to help pay for tuition and related materials. Courses will typically not be authorized to take until External Scholarship funding is accepted by Apollos.)
  • Organizational Tuition Reimbursement Plan (Under this plan, the student works with their organizations Human Resources department to pay for outstanding tuition and fees. This requires the student put a credit card on file. Apollos will offer the student a 60 day deferment from the 1st day of billing after which the credit card will be charged if payment has not been received. Apollos will provide the student supporting documentation such as a receipt and/or invoice for courses as well as grade card needed to supply Human Resources with proof of attendance.)
  • Military Tuition Assistance (TA) Plan (Under this plan, the student will supply a TA form for the courses to be taken. The student will be responsible for a personal contribution if the TA form will not cover the total cost of tuition and fees.)
  • Montgomery GI-Bill Plan (Under this plan, the student establish in advance of taking courses their intent to use Montgomery GI-Bill so Apollos can establish billing with the Department of Veteran Affairs/VA. Once done, the student may schedule up to 3 courses at a time.)
  • 9/11 GI-Bill Plan (Under this plan, the student will receive GI-Bill payments directly from VA. Apollos requires the student to supply a letter supporting the 9/11 GI-Bill established with the Department of Veteran Affairs and a signed letter of intent to pay.)
  • Direct Billing Plan (Under this plan, the student works with their organization to establish billing parameters based with a voucher system as the student takes courses. The voucher must be on file with Apollos prior to the taking of classes. Payment for the voucher is always 90 days net from the first date of billing.)
  • Tribal Aid Plan (Under this plan, the student must have established lines with the tribe in question. A voucher or payment will be required with terms 90 days net from the first date of billing.)
  • Private Loan Plan (Under this plan, the student will work with a lender to establish funding. Payment for said funding must be on account with Apollos prior to taking courses.)
